Abstract
This Regulations prescribe the manner of conducting systematic research to determine the presence and determining the range of distribution of potato ring rot caused by Clavibacter michiganensis (Smith) Davis et al. ssp. sepedonicus (Spieckermann et Kotthoff) Davis et al. and, in the case of harmful organisms, measures to prevent the spread and control to eradication.
The holders of plants, plant products and other object, in case of the suspected presence of these harmful organisms, are obliged to immediately inform the competent phytosanitary inspectors, who shall immediately notify the information to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for certain provisions of articles 3, 8, 10, 13 and 18 which shall enter into force on the day of Croatian entrance into the European Union.
