Regulation amending the Regulation on the implementation of the Support Programme for corn seed producers due to difficult business conditions caused by the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the implementation of the Support Programme for corn seed producers due to difficult business conditions caused by the Russian invasion of Ukraine (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 118/2022). Changes are regarding the contents of article 7, (paragraph 5) where the words: “from 10 October 2022 to 4 November 2022" are replaced by the words: "from 31 October 2022 until 5 November 2022". In article 8 (paragraph 2) the words: “Article 6” are replaced by the words: “Article 7”. In paragraph 3 of the same article, the words: “Article 6” are replaced by the words: “Article 7”. Paragraph 4 is amended to read: “In the event that during the administrative control it is determined that the request was not submitted to the Agency for payment in accordance with article 7 of this text and/or that the necessary documentation from article 7 of this Regulation was not attached, the applicant loses the right to receive support from the Program”. In paragraph 5, the words: "Article 3, paragraph 3, subparagraph b)" are replaced by the words: "Article 7, paragraph 3".
