Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions of the articles 6, 9, 11 and 13 of the Regulation on import and export licenses for agricultural products (Official Gazette 74/10).
Major changes are related to the authorization standards and requirements, licences and permits.
This Regulation also provides for the new Annexes I, II and III containing technical data and relative specifications.
The Annexes I,II and III are an integral part of this Regulation.
