Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions, method of application and issuance of import and export licences for certain agricultural products.
The obligation of obtaining import and export licences is to prescribe the administrative monitoring of imports and exports of agricultural products.
Import and export permits are issued to the applicant and not transferable.
Request for issuance of import licences shall be submitted to the Agency for payment in the form set out in Annex III of this Regulation.
Request for issuance of export licences shall be submitted to the Agency for payment in the form set out in Annex IV of this Regulation.
Annex I–VIII are an integral part of this Regulation.
