Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the integrated production of agricultural products (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 137/2012).
Significant changes are regarding the general terms, definitions and denominations; administrative/data/registration related provisions; issues determining the necessary supervision/monitoring over the use/presence of genetically modified organisms; and crop certification rules (revocation, article 19).
This Regulation contains the new administrative form (see Annex) necessary for the registration of new integrated production subjects/participants.
