Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions of articles 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 16, 18, 25, 26, 32 and 33 of the Regulation on the investigation of maritime incidents (Official Gazette 9/2007).
Major changes are related to the general definitions and standards, administrative provisions, and duties and obligation of the inspection bodies.
This Regulation also adds the Annexes II, III and IV, containing technical information, data and related standards.
