Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions prescribed by the Regulation on the limit values for emissions of air pollutants from stationary sources (Official Gazette 140/1997).
Major changes are related to the all new technical standards and limits to be implemented, various environmental provisions modified to permit the implementation of the new standards and measures, other essential provisions including all related offences and penalties.
Also articles 115, 116 117, 118, 119, 120, 121, 122 123, 124 125, 126 and 127 are deleted.
