Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary limit values related to the emissions of air pollutants from stationary sources based on the Croatian territory.
Stationary sources are industrial plants, technological processes, equipment and facilities from which various pollutants are discharged into the air.
The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to all stationary sources unless other special Regulations are providing otherwise.
The Regulation further contains all related technical data and information aimed to serve as physical and legal limits, including the offences and penalties.
