Abstract
This Regulation amends some provisions part of Regulation on the limitation of emissions of waste water (Official Gazette 80/2013 and 43/2014).
Major changes are related to the provisions that will be applied when determining the criteria for the analysis of the impact of the project on the state of water in relation to exceptional indirect discharge of wastewater; and criteria for indirect discharges into groundwater (emission limit values, the degree of purification).
