Regulation on the limitation of emissions of waste water.

This Regulation prescribes: the necessary emission limits for industrial waste water before discharging into building public sewerage or septic tanks or septic tanks in all purified or untreated wastewater; the conditions of temporary permits for discharging wastewater exceeding the prescribed amount and emission limit values; the criteria and conditions for the data collection, treatment and discharge of urban waste water and exceptionally permitted discharges to groundwater; sampling methodology and testing of wastewater composition; the frequency of sampling and testing; form of the official records on discharged waste water; the form of the register of chemicals placed on the market for specific use on the Croatian territory; the official administrative deadlines; and the detailed content and method for a correct and sustainable data delivery.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
