Abstract
This Regulation amends several provisions part of Regulation on the limitation of emissions of waste water (originally published on the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 80/2013 and already amended in Gazettes 43/2014 and 27/2015).
Changes are related to the emission limit values for technological waste water discharged into the public drainage system (article 6); modifications to the rules regarding the municipal wastewater (article 7); combined approach (article 10); methodology and frequency of sampling and testing of waste water composition (article 13); data delivery issues (article 14).
Several parts of the Annex (Annex 1 and Annex 1A, see the attached documents) are also changed and reedited in this publication; (after Annex 19, Annexes 20, 21, 22 and 23 are added).
