Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions provided by the Regulation on the list of hazardous chemicals whose trade is prohibited or restricted (Official Gazette 39/2010 and 37/2011).
Changes are related to the concrete technical provisions and official names and denominations.
This Regulation further contains provisions that are consistent with the following documents of the European Union: Commission Regulation (EU) no. 207/2011 of 2 March 2011 on amending Regulation (EC) no. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) in relation to Annex XVII. (BDE, penta-derivative and PFOS) (OJ L 58, 3.3.2011); Commission Regulation (EU) no. 366/2011 of 14 April 2011 on amending Regulation (EC) no. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) in relation to Annex XVII. (Acrylamide) (OJ L 101, 15.4.2011); Commission Regulation (EU) no. 494/2011 of 20 May 2011 on amending Regulation (EC) no. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) in relation to Annex XVII. (cadmium) (OJ L 134, 21.5.2011).
Changes are related to the concrete technical provisions and official names and denominations.
