Abstract
This Regulation provides the official list of hazardous chemicals whose trade is prohibited or restricted on the territory of the Croatian Republic and/ or other countries members of the European Union.
Restrictions for substances which are included in this list are consequences of restrictions in accordance with the relevant Regulations of the European Union, aimed to apply on their storage, preservation, processing, filling in containers or transfer from one container to another, only if production of these substances is prohibited.
