Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the rules stipulated by the Regulation on mandatory submission of data in milk and milk products sector (Official Gazette 107/2015).
Changes are related to the general terms and definitions; the words Paying Agency are replaced by the word HPA” (article 3); and some administrative form issues (part of the Annex I.B).
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
