Abstract
This Regulation defines the specific rules regarding the obligation to submit the data on quantities of (cow's) raw milk that is used in the milk and milk products sector (production/processing) on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
This text transposes and respects the provisions contained in the following documents: Regulation (EU) no. 1097/2014 of 17 October 2014 amending the Regulation (EU) no. 479/2010 regarding the notification of the Member States regarding the milk and milk products; Regulation (EU) no. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing a common organization of agricultural markets and its repealing Regulations (EEC) No. 922/72, (EEC) No. 234/79, (EC) No. 1037/2001 and (EC) No. 1234/2007.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
