Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions of the Regulation on the manner of implementation of stimulating production, income support payments and conservation programs related to the Croatian original and protected species (Official Gazette 11/2003, 63/2003, 86/2003, 124/2003, 20/2004, 42/2004, 54/2004 and 91/2004).
Major changes are related to the administrative provisions regarding the application for the state incentives, and other technical issues governing the state aid.
This Regulation further changes certain forms part of the Annex.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
