Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the manner and complete requirements and conditions related to the exercise and implementation of the state aid, its administrative control and inspection duties regarding the protection of the stimulating production, income support payments and conservation programs related to the Croatian original and protected species with the use of the following issues: a) the production subsidy scheme; b) the income support payments; and c) specific conservation programs for the Croatian original and protected species.
Holder of the farm and other natural or legal persons applying for an incentive are aimed to makes a complete application containing the form for the stimulus and all related and required documentation. The form including other important administrative documents is printed among the Annex of this Regulation.
