Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions of the Regulation on the manner of implementation of stimulating production (Official Gazette 17/2007 and 133/2007).
Major changes are related to the general terms and smaller definitions, administrative requirements regarding various agricultural sectors, plant sector requirements and modification of certain technical aspects, and provisions of the article 30 been completely cancelled (article related to the provisions defining the veterinary evidence certification needed for certain incentive request).
This Regulation also amends certain forms part of the Annex of the Regulation on the manner of implementation of stimulating production (Official Gazette 17/2007).
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
