Regulation on the manner of implementation of stimulating production.

This Regulation prescribes the manner and conditions necessary for the correct implementation of the prescribed mechanisms for supporting various agricultural sectors: crops, seedlings and perennial seedlings, processing of olives and olive oil, livestock and livestock related products, organic production, and fisheries.
This Regulation also includes the following elements necessary for the effective management and control: computer databases, identification system for plots of agricultural land and land parcels, system for the identification and registration of domestic animals, register of requests for incentives, and general control system (the general control system includes the administrative control of all data related to the incentives and state support and complete records on inspection related matters).
The Regulation further provides all models and administrative forms (Annex of the Regulation) necessary for the user.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
