Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions prescribed by articles 13, 14, 15 and 16 of the Regulation on manner for the implementation of the model for production stimulation (Official Gazette 24/2005, 105/2005, 141/2005, 40/2006, 86/2006 and 115/2006).
Major changes are related to the administrative duties and provisions, time limits and deadlines for the application and duties and responsibilities of the competent authorities.
This Regulation also amends certain provisions regulated by the Annex.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
