Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the manner for investment project application submission (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 76/2018). Changes are regarding the cancellation of “Investment and Competitiveness Agency” from the entire text; article 2 (types of projects and their denominations); article (paragraph 6, procedural matters); article 5 (amended paragraph 3 and deleted paragraph 4).
