Regulation on the manner for investment project application submission.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on strategic investment projects of the Republic of Croatia, determines the necessary procedure and method for assessment and performance of task and actions related to the process of submission of an investment project application (including those present or in accordance with the European list of projects of common interest). The expert opinion and assessment is a statement on meeting or failing to meet the criteria and in no way prejudices subsequent actions of the central state administration body in future proceedings. The Annex is also part of this publication (form-assessment of the acceptability of the strategic project proposal).
