Abstract
This Regulation amends some provisions prescribed by the Regulation on the marketing of agricultural propagating material of ornamental plants (Official Gazette 129/2007).
Major changes are related to the general terms and definitions (addition of some terms and procedures); phytosanitary inspection matters (see article 5); laboratory analysis and research provisions (article 6); and certification provisions (documents and administrative issues concerning the certification of plant origin).
