Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions part of the Regulation on the marketing of material for the vegetative multiplication of grapevine (Official Gazette 133/2006, 67/2010 and 30/2011).
Changes are related to the: general terms, denominations and definitions; official supervision, certification and administrative procedures; laboratory analysis conducted by competent phytosanitary inspectors and trained employees of the Croatian Centre for Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs; equipment and other technical standards.
This Regulation further amend some technical and administrative aspects of the Annex.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
