Abstract
This Regulation changes the provisions of the article 13 of the Regulation on maximum residue levels of pesticides in food and feed of plant and animal origin (Official Gazette 148/08).
This Regulation provides a new Annex I for the Regulation on maximum residue levels of pesticides in food and feed of plant and animal origin (Official Gazette 148/08).
The Annex I is an integral part of this Regulation.
This Regulation also amends the list of technical data in the Annexes II, III and IV of the Regulation on maximum residue levels of pesticides in food and feed of plant and animal origin (Official Gazette 148/08) and major changes are related to the residues of active substance isoxaflutole and in the context of maximum residue levels (MRLs) of active substances: acekinocil, acetamiprid, ASM-S-methyl, aminopiralid, ametoktradin, amisulbrom, atrazine, azoxystrobin, biksafen, bentazon, boskalid, buprofezin, Cyfluthrin, cypermethrin, cyprodinil, difenkonazol, dimethomorph, dithiocarbamates, ethephon, fenamidon, fenazakin, fenhexamid, Fenitrothion, flonikamid, flubendiamid, fludioxonil, eradicate G. flusilazole, flutriafol, fosetyl, indoxacarb, Imazalil, imidacloprid,3-potassium iodide, carbendazim, chlormequat, klorantraniliprol, klortalonil, clothianidin, lambda-cyhalothrin, mandipropamid, metazaklor, metconazole, methomyl, nicotine, pyraclostrobin, pirimicarb, prophenophos, proheksadion, prosulfokarb, protiokonazol, spirotetramat, spinetoram, sulfur, tebuconazole, tetrakonazol, thiacloprid , tebufenozid, tebuconazole, thiamethoxam, thiophanate-methyl, Thiram, triadimefon, Triadimenol, trifloxystrobin, triclopyr and valifenalat and 2-fenilfenol.
The Annexes II and III are been reedited and form an integral part of this Regulation.
