Abstract
This Regulation provides for a list of maximum residue levels (MRLs) on food and feed of plant and animal origin in order to ensure a high level of consumer protection in accordance with the general principles prescribed by the Food Act (Croatian Republic, Official Gazette 46/07), and with the provisions at Community level related to pesticide residues.
This Regulation also provides rules for general standards, import and export, emergency procedures, official controls and data collection.
The Annexes I-VII are an integral part of this Regulation.

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

On the effective date of this Regulation, the Regulation on maximum residue levels of pesticides in food and feed (Official Gazette 119/07) will be no longer in use.
