Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on maximum residue levels of pesticides in food and feed of plant and animal origin (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 148/2008, 49/2009, 118/2009, 36/2010 and 26/2011).
Changes are related to the adoption and mandatory observance of several European Commission and Council Directives and Regulations (related to the issues defined by its contents) as listed in the text; and some modifications to the Annex (see articles 2 and 3).
