Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on measures to adapt the requirements of the Regulations on foodstuffs of animal origin (originally published in the Official Gazette 51/2015, and already amended in the Gazette 106/2015).
This Regulation is been notified and amended in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Directive (EU) 2015/1535 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 September 2015 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical regulations and of rules on Information Society services.
Changes are related to the official terms and definitions (article 3 of the original text); administrative issues from the article 10.
