This Regulation changes the provisions prescribed by the articles 6 and 9 of the Regulation on measures to prevent the introduction and spread of organisms harmful to plants, plant products and other objects and measures to control these organisms (Official Gazette 74/06, 84/10).
Changes are related to the phytosanitary requirements and general standards for the official controls.
