Regulation on Measures to Prevent the Introduction and Spread of Organisms Harmful to Plants, Plant Products and Other Objects and Measures to Control These Organisms.

This Regulation prescribe the: contents of list of particularly dangerous and harmful organisms for plants and plant products; contents of the list of plants, plant products and other objects that can transmit harmful organisms; new way of reporting on the unusual occurrence of harmful organisms or symptoms suggestive of suspicion of infection by harmful organism; preventing measures to combat the spread of harmful organisms; way of carrying out phytosanitary inspection of plants, plant products and other regulated articles imported from foreign countries; lowest number and size of official samples to be taken; plant products and other objects which are subject to phytosanitary inspection; prescribed manner and specifying conditions for introduction of plants and plant products for which exceptions are provided by the phytosanitary inspection; certificates accompanying plants, plant products and other objects which are imported from foreign countries; manner and period within to announce the shipment of plants, plant products and other regulated articles imported from foreign countries, subject to phytosanitary review; manner and date of filing the application for phytosanitary inspection, labelling of customs declaration or other document used to start the customs procedures; layout and content of labells, which are canceled by phytosanitary certificate; method of carrying out phytosanitary inspection of consignments to be exported or re-exported; form of phytosanitary certificates and phytosanitary certificates for re-export; application form for issuing phytosanitary certificates and the manner and date of its creation.
