Abstract
This is the amending Regulation of the Regulation on measures to prevent the introduction and spread of organisms harmful to plants, plant products and other objects and measures to control these organisms (Official Gazette 74/2006, 84/2010 and 120/2011).
This Regulation determines that the provisions and terms contained in the Commission Directive 2014/19/EC of 6 February 2014 (and its amending Annex I part of the Council Directive 2000/29/EC) on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread, will be adopted; and further cancels the provisions part of the its own Annex 1 (List I, part A, section II, subsection (a), paragraph 0.1.)
