Abstract
This is the amending Regulation of the Regulation on measures to prevent the introduction and spread of organisms harmful to plants, plant products and other objects and measures to control these organisms (Official Gazette 74/2006, 84/2010, 120/2011 and 46/2014). This text also changes a significant part of the Annex part of the publications here listed.
This Regulation determines that the provisions and terms contained in the Commission Directive 2014/78/EC of 17 June 2014 that amends the Annexes I, II, III, IV and V part of the Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community; and Commission Directive 2014/83/EC of 25 June 2014 that amends the Annexes I, II, III, IV and V of the Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community.
