Abstract
This Regulation amends several parts of the Regulation on measures to prevent the introduction and spread of organisms harmful to plants, plant products and other objects and measures to control these organisms originally published in the Official Gazette 74/2006, and already amended in Gazettes 84/2010, 120/2011, 46/2014, 119/2014 and 24/2017). This text also changes a significant part of the Annex part of the publications here listed.
This text contains provisions that comply with the following acts of the European Union: Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2017/1279 of 14 July 2017 amending Annexes I to V to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community; and Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2017/1920 of 19 October 2017 amending Annex IV to Council Directive 2000/29/EC as regards the movement of seeds of Solanum tuberosum L. originating in the Union.
Other changes are related to Annexes 1-5.
