Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions part of the Regulation on minimum technical conditions for the production and trade of wine and fruit wine, and other grape products (Official Gazette 102/2004, 71/2006, 73/2007, 8/2008 and 88/2009).
Changes are related to the specific administrative provisions and requirements aimed to define the mandatory registration and concession issues, and other legal and technical standards part of the rules governing the minimum technical conditions for the production of wine and/or similar on the territory of the Croatian Republic.
This Regulation further amends certain parts of the Annex, containing some new administrative forms.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
