Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the minimum technical conditions, premises and equipment which must be included in the process of production of wine and fruit wines which will be marketed, conditions and method of selling wine, other grape wines and fruit wines and approval process of the production facility.
For production process the manufacturer shall dispose of: a) adequate space for reception and processing of grapes and fruit production, care and storage of wines and fruit wines; b) appropriate equipment; c) an appropriate degree of education related to the sector.
Appropriate equipment means the equipment in accordance with the production technology.
Wine and fruit wine producers shall submit a request for approval of a production facility with the attached proof of qualification for production management and data related to the space available.
