Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on nuclear safety conditions for nuclear facility construction approval (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 36/2013).
Changes are related to the cancelled reference of one of two Council Directive indicated in article 3 (Compliance with European Union acts, now only Council Directive 2014/87/Euratom of 8 July 2014 amending Directive 2009/71/Euratom establishing a Community framework for the nuclear safety of nuclear installations remains as reference act). Also in article 4, the paragraph 20 is amended as follows: "An accident means any unforeseen operating event, including operating errors, equipment failures and other accidents, the consequences or potential consequences of which are significant from a safety and security standpoint”.
