Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary technical and technological nuclear safety conditions for the approval of the construction of nuclear installations on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, as granted by the provisions of the Law on radiological and nuclear safety (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 141/2013).
This Regulation also contains provisions in accordance with the following acts of the European Union: Council Directive 2014/87/Euratom of 8 July 2014 amending Directive 2009/71/Euratom establishing a Community framework for the nuclear safety of nuclear installations; and Council Directive 2011/70/Euratom of 19 July 2011 establishing a Community framework for the responsible and safe management of spent fuel and radioactive waste.
The Annex is part of this publication (nuclear power plant design related technical sheets).
