Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions of the Regulation on packaging and packaging waste (Official Gazette 97/2005 and 115/2005).
Changes are regarding the general terms and definitions; waste standards and waste classification provisions; obligations, duties and responsibilities of the packaging producers; compensation and fee provisions; and other standards and requirements related to the packaging waste collection and management.
This Regulation also amends certain parts of the Annex.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
