Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions of the Regulation on packaging and packaging waste (Official Gazette 97/2005, 115/2005 and 81/2008).
Changes are regarding the general terms and definitions; waste standards and waste classification provisions, including certain technical aspects; compensation standards; and other standards and requirements related to the packaging waste collection and management.
