Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions to the Regulation on packaging and packaging waste (Official Gazette 97/2005, 115/2005, 81/2008, 31/2009, 156/2009, 38/2010, 10/2011 and 81/2011).
Changes are related to the official administrative deadlines regarding the collection of packaging waste.
This Regulation also amends certain parts of the Annex. The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 1 paragraph 3 which shall enter into force on 1 January 2012.
