Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions to the Regulation on packaging and packaging waste (Official Gazette 97/2005, 115/2005, 81/2008, 31/2009, 156/2009, 38/2010, 10/2011, 81/2011 and 126/2011).
Changes are related to the technical standards to be observed by the packaging producers and aimed as waste collection and waste management provisions.
