Abstract
This Regulation amends and adds various provisions to the Regulation on the prevention of major accidents involving hazardous substances (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 44/2014)
Changes are related to several general issues and definitions; the introduction of the rules stipulated by the Directive 2012/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2012 on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances and amending and subsequently repealing Council Directive 96/82/EC; and various changes made to the Annex.
The amended part of the Annex are an integral part of this publication.
