Regulation amending the Regulation on the privilege for conducting commercial fishing at sea and on the Register of privileges.

This Regulation amends certain parts of the Regulation on the privilege for conducting commercial fishing at sea and on the Register of privileges (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 116/2017).
Changes are related to the rules regarding the transfer of the right to enroll individual fishing gears and associated fishing zones from one privilege to another (article 10); after the article 10a is added. The added article sets out additional rules for vessel owners, active fishing gear, and other issues regarding the season and total fishing days with certain types of fishing gear;
