Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions and procedure for granting commercial marine fishing license or privilege.
This text also regulates some related issues such as the appearance and content of the such privilege form; conditions under which it is possible to transfer rights from one privilege to a different one; conditions under which it is possible to transfer the privilege in full from one vessel owner to another vessel owner, or from one vessel to another vessel; content and manner of keeping the Privilege Register, including methods for keeping and setting necessary contents of that Register.
The Annex is part of this publication (sample form of the fishing privilege object of this Regulation).
