Abstract
This Regulation amends some provisions part of the Regulation on the privilege for conducting commercial fishing at sea and on the Register of privileges (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 116/2017 and already amended in the Gazette 29/2018).
Changes are related to the rules listed in article 10, paragraphs 3, 4 and 6 (regarding derogation and several possible actions in terms of right to transfer or enroll certain fishing activities).
