Abstract
This Regulation amends several rules part of the Regulation on the privilege for conducting commercial fishing at sea and on the Register of privileges (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 116/2017 and already amended in Gazettes 29/2018 and 75/2018).
Changes and modifications are regarding the issues aimed at defining the possible transfer of fishing rights in relation to the gear, inactive fishing gears, and fishing method, all part of the article 10 of the original text. This article is here completely re-edited, all 10 paragraphs are updated. Amended provisions are related to the possible transfer of the right to enroll individual fishing gears or fishing diving equipment and associated fishing zones from one privilege to another privilege; transfer of the right of entry of all the surrounding floating nets, trawl nets, dredges and seine nets with associated fishing zones; transfer of the right to register inactive fishing gear or fishing diving equipment and associated fishing zones; transfer of fishery diving equipment; and procedural matters in case of same fishing gear or diving equipment with different associated fishing zones, that are registered in two privileges of the same vessel owner.
