Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions of articles 3, 5, 6 and 7 of the Regulation on the procedure and criteria for the grant of the easements in forests and/or forest land owned by the Croatian Republic for the exploitation of mineral resources (Official Gazette 133/07).
Changes are related to the general definitions, fees and charges, legal and administrative requirements.
