Regulation on the establishment of the right of construction and of the right of service in forests and on forest land owned by the Republic of Croatia.

This Regulation prescribes the procedures and criteria for establishing construction rights and easement rights in forests and on forest land owned by the Republic of Croatia, within the scope of forest management. These relations and procedures are implemented by the state administration authority competent for forestry (Ministry).
The right of construction on real estate in an area that is protected by strict reserve or national park category shall be exercised on the basis of nature protection regulations, and not by taking account of the this text.
Articles 3 and 4 are providing the method of establishing construction rights; article 5 sets out issues regarding the necessary request for the establishment of construction rights; duration of construction right is define din article 9; rights and obligations of holders and acquirers of construction rights are listed in article 10. Provisions on easement rights are stipulated in articles 12-25.
