Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions of articles 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 17, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the Regulation on procedure for registration of plant protection products (Official Gazette 57/07).
Major changes are related to the definitions, administrative duties and requirements, registration and data collection standards, authorization and permits.
This Regulation also provides for a new Annex I, as an integral part of the Regulation on procedure for registration of plant protection products (Official Gazette 57/07).
