Abstract
This Regulation adds certain general provisions to the article 1 of the Regulation on products similar to chocolate, cream products and candy products (Official Gazette 73/05).
The added provisions declares the following: the provisions of this Regulation shall not apply to products that are lawfully manufactured and/or marketed in the European Union Member States or lawfully manufactured in EFTA State that is a contracting party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
